Q: How can I change my email address?
A: Log to your Houston Chronicle account at HoustonChronicle.com/Subscriber and hover over “Your Profile” then click “update Email”. Type over old email address and click on Update Profile and email preferences. You can also contact subscriber services at 713-362-7211.
Q: Why should I update my profile?
A: We strongly recommend updating your profile with any changes to avoid any problems accessing our digital products, to keep you informed with any new contests, additional content, news coverage and features.
Q: Can I choose what emails I receive from the Houston Chronicle?
A: Yes. To manage your email preferences please go to houstonchronicle.com/subscribers, login, move your mouse over “My Accounts” and select Email Preferences.
Q: When I tried to verify/activate my subscription, I got a message saying that they could not find it in the system. How can I look up my subscription?
A: Please contact Subscriber Services at 713-362-7211. Business hours are from 5:30am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–11:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
